Authorization Code is No longer Valid

Details
Customer receives a warning stating Authorization code is no longer valid during upgrade.
Solution
The version of Visual you are upgrading pre-dates our current licensing process. If you have versions 2.0 - 2.2, you will need a new license to upgrade. Please email a request for the new license with a copy of your current license to Support@VisualLightingSoftware.com. You can find your current license number by selecting About from the Help menu
