Details
Please try these solutions below if you are having problems installing the Visual software.

  • Disable virus protection software during installation
  • Install as an Administrator or with Administrator permissions
  • Activate as an Administrator or with Administrator permissions
  • To image a computer with Visual, be sure Visual is not activated when the image is created
