Will footcandle calculations change when drawing has been moved to 0,0 using version 2.6?

Details

The footcandles of the Visual file can change slightly when the drawing has been moved to 0,0. When a drawing has been moved to 0,0 the X,Y coordinates become smaller(closer to 0,0) which means the distance available has greater precision so when the file is calculated the footcandle results will be more acccurate.
